Charity Wilson (She/Her) is a Legislative Representative in the Advocacy Hub of the AFL-CIO, where she works on the women’s economic agenda, criminal justice reform, federal worker issues, and unemployment compensation. During her 10 plus years at the AFL she previously worked on gender and racial equity issues as the Lead Equity Analyst in the federation’s policy department.
Charity also worked as a Legislative Representative at the American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, Associate Director of the Washington Office of the Governor of Pennsylvania, and as a Counsel to the US Senate Committee on the Judiciary. She holds a JD from the University of Louisville and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
