About Us

Care Conference 2024 is co-hosted by the Institute for Women's Policy Research (IWPR) and the American University (AU) College of Arts and Sciences. This event will be held Friday, April 5, at Constitution Hall on the AU campus and will feature a full day of plenary sessions and breakout discussions with many of the leading policy researchers and experts on caregiving and its impact on the US economy and workforce, especially among communities of color. Care Conference will also be streamed live for virtual event registrants.
